Pushup Day

Pushups on the hour for six hours @ my office.  Military, wrists about 5-6" behind nipple line.  2 sec down, 1 sec pause, 2 sec up.  20 reps per set, full set @ 11:45, 1:10, 2:15, 3:00, 4:15 and 5:20 for a total of 120 pushups.
